If you are having issues looking up your child's artwork, please try the following steps resolve your issue:

Try using a different browser
Make sure thare are no spaces before or after code
Make sure you are not entering letters in place of numbers, for instance entering in capital 'O' instead of zero, or capital 'I' instead of one
This process works best on computers/laptops. It is not recommended you enter your order on a cell phone or tablet
